This is the long supply read. For the signal, the price drivers and the questions people ask about Four, see mrnasdog.com/research/form.
FORM, the coin of the Four.meme launchpad on BNB Chain, had a slightly shrinking supply over the last 90 days: one team buyback and burn removed 408,602 FORM, while a team safe paid 27,396 BNX into the game reward pool, for a net change of −0.10%. FORM is never printed by the protocol; it only appears when old BNX is swapped in one for one, and about 278M unswapped BNX in team wallets is the one large supply that could still reach the market. For the next 90 days we expect +0.01%, close to flat, under a hard cap of 580M.
The verdict, in one paragraph
FORM supply changed by −0.10% between Jul 22 and Oct 20 2026, out of 381.87M FORM in circulation. Market data puts the same 90 days at +0.01%, a difference of 0.11 points, small enough that no warning flag shows on the page. The circulating figure in market data has stayed at about 381.87M since August 2025, so the on-chain events carry this reading: one burn out, a slow drip of team payouts in. The next 90 days look like +0.01%, because the payouts are expected to continue and no second burn is planned. FORM is a quiet supply with a large dormant team overhang.
Sell pressure: where new FORM comes from
Protocol inflation is 0. FORM has no block reward, no staking emission and no game printing of its own. The FORM token contract creates new coins only when a holder swaps BNX, the token FORM replaced in the 2025 rebrand, and the BNX is destroyed in the same step. Over the window 203,796 FORM were created this way, matched by 203,796 BNX sent to the burn address, so the coin’s total did not grow. The oldest first-generation BNX swaps into BNX at 1 for 100 in the same way: 179 old coins turned into 17,944 BNX, again a change of form, not new supply.
Vesting unlocks are 0. Four never published a vesting calendar for FORM, and unlock trackers list no dated release. The 2024 holder vote that cut the cap from 2.1 billion to 580M moved the team’s coins into an ecosystem fund and a player reward pool instead of a locked schedule.
Foundation and unscheduled unlocks are about 27.4K. One project safe sent exactly 6,849 BNX into the game reward pool four times in the window, on Jul 25, Aug 13, Sep 23 and Oct 14 2026, a total of 27,396 BNX. The payouts come every 19 to 41 days, so about three more, or 20,547, are expected in the next 90 days. Because BNX swaps into FORM one for one, every BNX that leaves a team wallet is future FORM.
Long-term locked or bankruptcy is 0. No estate, trustee or time lock holds FORM. The biggest FORM balances, about 243M together, sit with one large exchange on behalf of its customers, whose BNX was swapped automatically in 2025, so those coins were already in the market.
Buy pressure: where new FORM goes
Programmatic buyback is 0. No rule sends Four.meme launchpad fees to FORM. The platform does run a buyback campaign from Sep 9 to Dec 9 2026, but each day it buys and burns the day’s most traded community meme token, not FORM.
Protocol fee burn is 0. Using FORM, or the launchpad, burns no FORM. A few holders sent dust to the burn address, about 2 FORM in 90 days, too small to count.
Foundation buy is about 408.6K. On Sep 21 2026 a fresh wallet spent about 117,406 USDT buying FORM in the two main trading pools on BNB Chain, then sent all 408,602 FORM to the burn address, where they can never move again. The team said the money came from platform profit. It was the first FORM burn ever: the burn address held only dust before. Nothing says it will repeat, so the next 90 days count 0 here until a second buyback happens.
New long-term lock is 0. No staking contract or new lock took FORM out of the market in the window.
Foundation and overhang
The real weight on FORM is the BNX that was never swapped. About 278M BNX, close to the whole FORM supply that exists today, sits in team wallets: multi-signature safes holding 75.9M, 61.6M, 25.2M, 16.4M and 1.4M BNX, two single wallets with 63.1M and 24.7M, and a 9.6M contract. The 2024 plan split this into an ecosystem fund, a player reward pool and a small team share. Only the 75.9M safe moved in the window, through the four payouts above; the rest has no published schedule.
A separate wallet holds about 5.0M FORM and did not move. The game reward pool that receives the safe payouts held about 313K BNX on Oct 20 2026 and paid about 2,890 BNX to players in 90 days. If any of these team balances falls between rebuilds, the outflow is counted as new sell pressure at the next one.
How FORM compares to other launchpad and platform tokens
Most platform tokens live on a promise of buybacks. Exchange coins and some launchpad coins set aside a fixed share of fees every month or quarter and burn what they buy, so their supply falls on a timetable. FORM has no such rule. Its one burn on Sep 21 2026 was a single decision, so FORM sits between a token with a buyback programme and one with none at all.
On the sell side FORM is calmer than most young launchpad tokens, which often carry monthly investor and team unlocks. FORM has no vesting calendar and no emission. Its risk has a different shape: one large pool of old BNX under team control that can be swapped into FORM at any moment, worth about as much as the whole current supply. Coins with a clean cap and nothing held back carry less of that risk; FORM’s cap of 580M is close to its 577M swap total, so the cap limits new minting but not the release of what the team already holds.
What to watch in the next 90 days
A second buyback. If Four burns FORM again, especially on a set rhythm, the next 90 days turn from flat to shrinking.
The team BNX wallets. A move out of the 278M held in safes and wallets would be the largest possible source of new FORM.
The safe payouts. The 6,849 BNX payouts came on Jul 25, Aug 13, Sep 23 and Oct 14 2026; the next one is likely in November 2026.
The meme buyback campaign ending Dec 9 2026. It burns other tokens, but a new version that included FORM would change the buy side.
Summary
FORM supply shrank by 0.10% in the last 90 days, because one team buyback burned 408,602 FORM on Sep 21 2026 while a team safe paid only 27,396 BNX into the game reward pool. FORM has no emission and no vesting: new FORM only appears when old BNX is swapped in one for one. The key risk is the roughly 278M unswapped BNX in team wallets, which could become FORM at any time. With no second burn planned, the next 90 days look flat at +0.01%, under a hard cap of 580M.
